Sun fac Seems counter productive

I think the team might be better off as it is. As of now they have dispel on any attack unless Sun Fac is dead/certain debuffed, isolate, or GBA is dead. That's a whole lot lost if dispel is removed from basic.

GBA's bonus loses out on just one enemy. Since spy is the one calling assists, I don't think he actually loses out (assuming Sun hasn't already dispelled)
