Why would you feel bad? I see it as nothing but a good thing for guilds. I can't wait for the possibility of a ship raid!
The AAT raid, for better or worse, caused a MAJOR disruption in guilds. Guys leaving and/or members being booted or shuffled in order to put together heroic-ready guilds. I would imagine a new ship raid would probably do the same.
