Grand Inquisitor is highly unlikely. Pretty sure somewhere the Devs/Disney said they would only add currently relevant characters and GI died in Rebels. It wouldn't make sense to have S3 Kanan, Ezra, and Sabine alongside him from S1. I'm thinking they will add Thrawn, And possibly Kallus. Not sure his DS/LS role nowadays. The other Inquisitors would also be ruled out. Unless EA decides to go with a generic inquisitorius, the other (in the show) were all unique characters.
