Only two people use Tarkin lead in top 20 in my shard. Very easy to beat with either of he other two. If anything, Tarkins ship needs more power for everything other than the tie strike, which is also easily countered with Maces no damage ability which you can usually use twice before Tarkin can get the Tie strike off.
