Tarkin vs. Pigs. Ultimate Firepower charged with 30 basics

My Tarkin is GL 11, Base potency 36%, special damage 4192, CD 216% As you can see, he has potency up and offense up. Anyone hit harder with him? https://imgur.com/gallery/3BRE9
