Team Idea: Hoods & Roids

I have done this team with a teenager Palpy. It's such a killing machine on both offense and defense I'm surprised to strike gold. The capabilities should be self evident just by looking at it. Will let you know more of experiences with it and against other Palpy teams.

    Since I throw the op I've beating all varities of current metas left and right, Wiggs, all other Palpy combos. Bring it on. Tonight my JE is hitting 230 speed. I can't make a call if this is the most optimal team in the scene, what I'm sure is it's high up in the meta ladder.

    It's defensive power is formidable as well. There has been no instance like this that 12 was the lowest I fall to in game's life. Very f2p friendly build as I'm f2p as well.
