So ive been trying to get my Teebos potency up to 80ish. Whats they key here? Currently he has 5 dot health arrow with 30 speed, 5 dot health cross with 25 potency, 3 dot 4 potency mods. All lv...

G10 with a scanner adds 10%. You need full potency sets. A 3 dot speed arrow and 3dot potency cross will give you more then you have now. You have to catch good secondary stats also. Preferably something green, blue, or gold with potency at level 1. It will go up when leveled.
