Teebo stealth

Hi. I have started to use Teebo recently on the raid and light side missions, and have a question regarding his stealth and leadership abilities. His stealth ability should have him stealth for 3 turns, which works fine on its own, but when he's leading he sometimes goes out of stealth after just 1 turn. I'm pretty sure as his 100% turn meter gain gives him an immediate turn, it counts as 2. But the next time he comes around he should be still stealthed. Did I misunderstand the 3 turn thing? Or is his leader ability % messing with his stealth?
