Tier 3 isn't particularly difficult. I beat it with 4* ships and 5* pilots. Tier 4 is a brutal jump in difficulty. I needed 5-6* ships with 6-7* G9 pilots to beat it. You'll want a 7* G9 Tarkin w/ L15 mods and upgraded abilities on Executrix to stand a chance.
