There is an 80% chance to inflict Ability Block. If that 80% procs....there is a potency vs tenacity test except against rebel and Jedi who just get ability blocked....so 80% of the time Jedi and Rebel targets will be ability blocked.

20% of the time, it fails everytime (basically whenever you actually need it to work)

This question has been coming up alot recently, not sure how people are not seeing the 80% figure in the ability description lol

I think people are thrown off by the "cannot evade or resist" part of the text, assuming it overrides (or trumps) the 80% perhaps?
