I've done the tier 3 challenge a few times now and I have to say Jawa Scavenger is pretty cool in the final battle against droids.
I put some potency mods on him and it makes a big difference. When droids do hit one of my toons, the dets applied seem to stick a lot more.
I use JE in arena and took a gamble omega-ing everything. He moves so fast he's able to lay some dets in between spamming recab and heal. It seems like his +20 damage is being applied to his dets as when Scavenger throws his scrap bomb, I've OTK'd the boss a couple times with a bunch of dets on him who had otherwise only been hit by Jawa & Dat's AoEs, which didn't do a ton of damage.
When scrap bomb lands with dets on toons, it's mayhem.
Plus I like his basic animation where he runs up and zaps toons with his hammer.
