If you really want to go anti-droid, going all-jawa doesn't make sense since not every character gets bonuses against droids. Obviously the synergies between the Jawas are good and if you're going to use a healer or tank, then Nebit and/or JE make sense, but B2 is also a great tank, and so are others. Also, I'm not convinced a healer is 100% necessary, not when you could add Ugnaught or Palpatine to the lineup for a 3rd or even 4th AoE stun.
You can also add Ima Gun Di against droids, though IMO he's not as good of an option as others.
I guess what I'm saying is, I'm not convinced that an all-Jawa team is the "ultimate" counter to droids, though they are certainly strong against them. Fortunately, they have lots of synergies with plenty of other characters, so there are plenty of other options to experiment with.
