Other GL pairs were direct counterparts from the same game episode. As such, there is another LS scoundrel figure who opposed Jabba (in a way, but still) and also saved the galaxy, literally.
Endor Leia has more of a Legendary feel to her tbh kinda like JKL but General Organa is definitely GL status but since we already have a Resistance GL...Not to mention CG said Jabba would not have a direct counterpart
