KyJoe_Cool: This is just my opinion, but if your best teams are rebels and jedi, then I think you should focus on getting Commander Luke Skywalker at 7*, and then working to improve your rebel team with him (For example, Luke, R2, Wiggs, and Leia). Especially since you already have R2 at 7 stars.
If I were you, I would skip Phoenix/Thrawn and First Order/BB8 for now because those each take a lot of resources to develop and will give much less overall payoff than focusing to get your main rebels team to Gear 12. I would also skip Nightsisters for now. Once you're ready to get 7* Luke and have at least 2 of your arena team at Gear 12 then I would pause to think about the next team that would be fun to acquire.
