I am level 63, most toons 6 star, but using a 4 star dooku in the arena (achieved my all time high of 6th in arena last week :)
The guy is a glass canon (and still is even when starred up). The only way I get any utility out of him is by protecting him with a taunter - then I use him to zap Jedi. When I come up against him I find him very easy to take out - use dooku, Asaji, or old daka to stun then wail on him or alternatively just whack him with some big single target damage characters (only attack him with those that are dtill high on health) - His counters don't do much damage. If you have lots of AOE take him out early so u can use your AOE more effectively, if more of a single target team then can leave him until the end.
There are others which are way tougher - Kylo ren refresh on AOE can be ridiculous in arena, old Ben can ruin your whole challenge - if you take him out he buffs the hell out of everyone, if you don't he does ability block, Rey does ridiculous damage ....
