ROLO is not much of an Empire counter outside of LSTB. I built an anti-Empire ROLO team to use in TW, ROLO, Hoth brothers, Wiggs, it didn't work. Thrawn don't care, and Shore is still there and you can't do anything about it. You could build a better arena team of course ... but then you should just skip ROLO altogether.
