I built this team, including the Vandor zeta, following the first (shhhh....) thread about it. It's now up to 60k and soaks up 3-5 attackers each TW.
It's cheap and easy to make, and the fact that zFinn and Nihilus can beat it misses the point. Until the player base wises up to it, this team will hopefully continue to annoy and frustrate - and you can't ask more than that!
