The strategy behind Princess Zody team in HAAT P4?

I was curious if the reason Leia is more preferred than Rex. Rex also gives team buff (tenacity up) which will save the team from air raids. So why is leia the key in the team? And is there any spe...

As well as the CC buff, Leia's multi-attack also helps to minimize the cooldown on Cody's special (in the same way that Fives' does when you attack a slowed target).
The goal is that Cody can hit 212th every turn when AAT is toppled
