This thread is so much fun.
Lando is fantastic in TB, but does not belong under Ackbar. Lando was great in Arena, and still may be for some newer players that do not have to deal with Crit Immunity and/or counter teams, but with Phoenix running around on the young shards, this does not seem likely.
Aside: Ackbar is also fantastic in TB, but you need to run him with a crew that has non-attack specials. R2 Leia Han HRSo CHolo are some suitable Rebel options. (Edit: CLS too!)
