Thought of a Cad Bane rework

Hello guys, I just signed in to the forums to submit my idea of a Cad bane rework, after months of watching threads silently I just love this character, which is, IMO, the most badass Bounty Hunt...

In all honesty, the rework you suggested would probably make him worse than what he already is. That's hard to do.
