Well seeing how the meta is changing making slow characters hit harder, I feel like this will give him a good damage boost. No one is going to target him because he has so much HP. Also if you run him with GG there is a small chance he might get the taunt off on him or if you use HK he will be more useful. I'm leveling mine up because these new changes will make the faster characters do less damage, while the slower ones hit much harder.
