I'm not sure if GS won't be awesome anymore. (again, big unknown with update coming) GS would still be better than 100 for single target I'd say, especially given his assist call out. So don't give up on GS w/ 100 if you're looking for pure DPS, just yet... As I noted above, single hit, GS/88/86 does 2x damage compared to 100 at this point. But if you have your DPS toon in the team, and look for variety, or support, 100 is viable and will likely become more after update.
