Thrawn 7* as a F2P
I think i should be one of the very rare people that get thrawn 7* as a F2P. This journey begin in march when everyone spending on sith team. At this monent i decide to give phoenix a love because they were cool and i did not have any significant sith. I get them all to 3* with the event, increase them to level 80 and gear them to 8-9 . I spent sonething to 6-8 week before i decide to focus on other toon.
After R2D2 goes out, i make a high reserve of gw, cantina, pvp shipment, guild store and ship store. I was waiting for sonething big to farm instead of farming toon i don't need. I had 20-30k in most place
Soon i understand that they release phoenix to farm as F2P, i benefit from double drop to get hera and ezra with an equal spending of cantina energy. I get 20 shards per day for kanan, chopper and zeb. Since hera is mandatory, I focus on sabine for the fifth phoenix toon. At this moment, i did not think that i should be able to get him at 7*.
Constantly refresh the guild store i use the shard shop to complete tonight sabine. At the beginning, i had 15k shard shop credit and i spend mostly all my shipment cash to get 5 shard of already 7* toon.
I leveled 85 all phoenix and slightly increase their gear. Had 2 G10 and 2 G9 and one G8. I get thrawn after the 5 attemp. That was a very hard 2 weeks. Getting this legendary toon was my biggest challenge ever.
