It can be resisted. And only works on raid bosses not immune to TMR to begin with. So, practically, we're talking Pit raid and P1/3 of Tank.
Nihilus and traya can lose tm.
They
can, yes, but every time you hit them, they gain massive amounts of tenacity. And Thrawn hits them four times to fracture them. So,
in practice, you can't really remove their TM with this ability.
