Thrawn Ebb and Flow Zeta

Thrawn Ebb and Flow gives him 100% Tenacity and Counter, so why does thrawn get stunned, ability block, healing immunity etc

I say that it should define that at the start of an encounter thrawn gains a tenacity buff that can't be dispelled

    This

Bit also 100% tenacity doesn't make you immune, it just lowers the chance of suffering a negative status effect to the base chance to resist (15%) due to the potency/tenacity calculation
  • 100% tenacity isn't the same as tenacity up, which gives you something like 99990% tenacity I think. It just goes into the potency/tenacity calculation (I think it's: chance to resist = (tenacity - potency) + 15). If someone has high potency they can still stun you. For example if they have 50% potency and you have 110% tenacity (including the ebb and flow zeta), then your chance to resist is 75%. That's why some people put a tenacity cross on thrawn on top of the zeta.

I don't think that's right but it's possible I'm wrong. If your tenacity is 85% greater than your opponent's potency you should resist everything I believe.
