Thrawn, preferred mods P3 HAAT

Just scored my 7 star Thrawn. I want to use him in HAAT P3. I was thinking for my team Chirpa L, Thrawn, EP, Royal Guard and Sun Fac. What mods should Thrawn have? Should EP be faster than Thrawn?
