Is he visble at 5 stars? If he is what gear level makes him so? Lastly what team is he best at? FTP teams only please.

He made me be able to beat reliably everyone on my shard under the Tarkin lead, true he is at 238 speed plus the bonus, but that's not much, completed my speed mods 2 days ago and need 49 more Chirpa shards for him to be 5* just in case, and then mod farming for those +100 speed beasts
