Not really. It used to be viable for a while when Thrawn was still new but there are much better zetas now.

In raids where you can remove TM and there are other Empire allies, then yes it's worth it. He's not normally run with many Empire allies anymore in arena, so not worth it from an Arena standpoint. Particularily with an older roster.

Would his zeta keep my Chimaera at a better speed than most ships? I've been working him and his ship up for that

G13 all abilities maxed and all 6E mods, the ship calculator spits out 157 as the maximum speed.

Drop the two Zetas and it's 156. So if it's really critical for that one extra speed then yes.
