Bad? Not bad at all.
He hits hard, is very fast and gains foresight. He should be one of your first targets if facing him on a Chimera team or he's going to hurt you. Whether it's worth gearing up KRU, that really depends on your priorities, including fleet arena (where you rank, how tough the top players are, etc.). If you have the means, by all means.
Better than Spy starfighter? ha ha ha. Funny. - He is quite good. Very fast and hits hard. Squishy though

Eh, once you add silencers passive it’s faster.- Fotf and 5's are also in the running with their tm gains
- On defense he will use his special first, which doesn't do too much off the bat. Would be better if he used his stun first which makes him more valuable. Good on offense, crappy on defense.
- It's like Millennium Falcon (EP VII) in a way that it hits hard but is squishy. Faster than Falcon. Both do not apply any target lock. In my book ships that don't apply target lock are good reinforcements at best, unless they have another utility such as TIE Reaper.
- Saw it crit for 120k (human controlled, 5 star ship), so it can't be all bad.
