Tier 3 of Admiral Thrawn event

A gear 7 teams should be able to get you a 5 star Thrawn,,,, after that is will depend on gear and mods. I have them at gear 8 and beat tier 6 easily afterwards but got creamed in tier 7. Make sure to hit the death troopers first.

If your Phoenix Squad is all level 50, gear as high as it will go you *might* be able to beat it. I'm not sure if that helps, but really it doesn't matter since you won't get him this time anyway. My advice would be to keep farming them and growing in level until they're seven star and at least g9. Also, BIG piece of advice, farm Chopper, not Sabine. Good luck!

Got Zeb and Ezra on 6* and Gier VI
Kanan, Hera and Sabine on 4* and Gier VI. Was succesfull. All Chars Lvl 55

I could beat Thrawn at Tier IV with Zeb and Ezra as 7*, Hera 5* and Lvl 60 on all Chars. Still pretty hard.
