Tier 3 of Admiral Thrawn event

If your Phoenix Squad is all level 50, gear as high as it will go you *might* be able to beat it. I'm not sure if that helps, but really it doesn't matter since you won't get him this time anyway. My advice would be to keep farming them and growing in level until they're seven star and at least g9. Also, BIG piece of advice, farm Chopper, not Sabine. Good luck!
