This is the complaint people are having. I'm ftp and will easily have Thrawn at 6* before the event is over, but I've been playing for 18 months now and I will not get 7* Thrawn this run...that's just ridiculous.
One more week and it could be done, but with so little time and zero warning (or ability to prepare whatsoever), it is 'nearly' impossible for any ftp to get 7* Thrawn.
