Yep. He actually is unkillable To geos when he is relic 5+, in my experience at least.

What about Plo Koon if you have him geared for fleet? He isn't particularly useful anywhere else. But he's relatively durable, can dispel Sun Fac, feed Traya et al some TM, and slap Offense Down on the bugs.

Maul is a pretty decent counter against bugs if you have him built up, he's great for a sith b/c-team if you have alot of sith like I do.

Traya against bugs however, it's best to use Traya and Sion plus some random sith like Sidious or whatever, I find. Nihilus is best saved for a Palp or even Maul squad in such a situation. Of course using a 7* Traya as a dedicated bug counter is a complete waste, a full Triumvirate team still packs a serious punch.

As for zetas, you'd want them all, Nihilus too, but I'd rate Traya's lead as 1st with Sion and Traya tied for second. Do Nihilus last.

Seems like traya lead and sion are required zetas. Any idea on minimum gear levels in order to deal with g12 geos?

In my experience G11 was almost always fine for g12 geos, but a little shaky and sacrificing some banners. Less battles so far, but G12 on the trio defintiely will improve the efficiency and decrease the likelihood of failure.

Yeah I imagine health down for 2 turns on each enemy turn is pretty painful against Geos. How do Geos health equalize against health down?

Doesn't it just reduce their health by 30%? So they'll just equalize as if they all had 30% less health to start with.

Nihilus' health decrease is actually pretty nasty in effect. It's definitely worth the zeta. Thing is Nihilus is amazeballs without it also, between his mass CD decrease and Annihilate. Meanwhile both Traya and Sion doesn't quite come into their full potential without their unique zetas and of course Traya's lead. Think of Nihilus' zeta as the very delicious icing on the cake.

Give your Trio the love they deserve and you won't regret it. My Traya is r7 and the other two r5, and believe me they're a wild powerhouse. Although their g12 finisher pieces are lackluster, their gains at g13+ is nothing to fret at and those gains plays so well with their kits, more than most toons. Triumvirate is still a top tier team with pretty much any two sith beside them. Both Assassin and Savage are worthwhile mentions, and especially Dooku if you don't have him in a Sep setup.
