It may be different with the defense changes, but UR just gives a defense boost as lead. That's why I chose phasma as I have 2 turn meter boosts as well as extra chances for RG and UR to stun. It may be a bug for UR to get TM from his own ability as it does say "Tusken ALLIES". but who knows?
