HUGE UPDATE 3/27/17: Gold Implants now have a column. Stun guns+cuffs now has its own column. "Slack" gear subtraction now has an entire sheet for itself (slack is my term for post G-11 gear that can't get you to another gear lvl). All characters up to Pao/Pheonix team are now included.
