Unlocking the executor
I have all the people needed to unlock the executor missions. Now it is telling me I have to pay 1250 crystals before I can start. Has it always been this way?

This is an extra pack you can buy. The event itself is available..........hmmmmmmmm on the 15th of each month? (I think the 15th, I get confused between this and Profundity). You cannot start the event, unless it's on 'Executor Day'.
You start the event in the Journey Guide. Once you're done, you earn extra shards in 'Events'. Refreshes cost 999 crystals so.........this pack is slightly poor value. However, you're limited on your refreshes. What's a little weird is that when I did the event, this pack was only available when the Executor event was on; I guess that has changed.
