The Guild Store certainly doesn't have essential toons for "meta" teams except for Rex and Sun Fac (both also farmable in Fleet Store) who can be found in many leading lineups and is sure worth farming if you can commit to such an Arena lineup like: Rex, Sun Fac, Lando, Anakin, Fives or Rex, Palp, Anakin, B2, Shore or Boba, Sun Fac, TFP, Lando, Anakin. I recommend staying with the Wiggs team though.
Jawa Engineer is essential for a droid squad like HK47, IG88, IG86, JE, B2. Too many new toons to farm though, so I don't recommend this at this stage either.
Ewok Elder and Rey are good for Galactic War and Rancor raid (for the latter in a lineup like Teebo, EE, Fives, QGJ, Rey), so I recommend them if you need a good raid squad. But honestly, I am running the Wiggs team in the raid and it makes quite some damage in short time.
Darth Maul has a very good ship, especially with Ackbar lead, so I recommend to farm him if you want that.
Also Zam and/or Dengar are interesting to try for a bounty hunter team under Boba, like Boba, IG88, Zam, Dengar, Greedo with a lot of potency mods.
Finally Resistance Pilot to 5* is a must if you want to beat the T3 speed mod challenge.
It really is your decision, what you want to pursue next - you could also stay clear on a Wiggs Arena team path and use Guild Store to farm needed gear.
