STH is not the only one who needs speed. If the enemy Boba shoots his skillshot first that blocks you abilities, no taunt.
Every speed mod and mods with speed can also be applied to Boba, and with Lando lead they go first.
Also if you have teams with exactly the same mods (in my case: Wiggs, Lando, STH, Boba). I have Wedge lead, they have Lando lead.
The enemy's STH will taunt first so my Biggs can't oneshot enemy's Lando/Biggs any more. But his Biggs can oneshot my Lando/Biggs.
Given the fact that in my Arena almost everyone has Lando/Wiggs/STH/Boba (disregaring a few whales that have Chirrut+Baze+Jyn+Wiggs), you are forced to go Lando lead.
