If you hadn't bough any chromium then go ahead, buy cheapest one. You always get a full unit from first chromium. Ahsoka is in Light side 5th stage and Dark side 4th stage.
What should I be looking out for now that it seems the RNG gods have blessed me?
Many units will be needed to complete content so depends where you can farm. JC/Rey/Anakin/RB/Ahsoka/Boba are in hard nods on both sides on first 5 stages.
You do need scoundrels to participate in heist. Hard to say what you exactly will do , depends on your focus - arena, fleet, raids and so on.
