Can't tell if you really need two healers for GW. I don't even need one, as OP mentioned (Wiggs, ackbar against Vader)
Hard to say if it's too late to change and you would rather start over. Maybe try to go for Biggs and Boba and if you drop too much in Arena, start new?

Well, I'm lvl 53 facing a 72 Vader/70 Old Daka/69 Rey on node 11, I don't think I can't make it even with 3 healers lol
And I don't have any of those 3 toons you mentioned (farming Phasma instead of Biggs and started after Wedge was given)
