I make the new soft max to be 1843. As in 65 per battle and 73 from ships. Highest score you've ever seen means nothing, there is a new max score.
4 points over is hardly a blatant cheat. Plus you said you set Iden, so there is a 68 points if he's got Wampacron.
Lots of players consider the soft max to be the minimum score they need to win. Players score over it all the time.
