Whether they want to post them or not they will be available for all to see in a day or so. Whether the opponent is a cheat or not I expect it is highly unlikely anything would be done in time (at all) about it and not heard of people getting banners back or skill score even if a cheater was confirmed. Unfortunate but best case is cheaters get banned and don't mess others up in the future but mostly nothing happens.
