Vader or Thrawn?

I don't play with Sith or Empire but I think that Thrawn is one trick pony. I usually try to kill him first to prevent fracture but if he is very fast and fracture somebody on my team I just kill others and leave him for last as I feel that he is not dangerous once you are already fractured.
