Vader would have a total 262 speed in this scenario.
He gets 16 speed each for himself and EP since they are both sith and Empire. He'll get 8 speed each for the rest of sith/empire on your squad and then he'll get 8 speed for the opposing rebel. If that rebel is Old ben he would get 16 speed because he is both rebel and jedi.
