In arena my Vader has +104 speed from a speed and health set. I faced the same exact team but their Vader had +105 speed. My opponent had random mods. His Vader went first. My confusion is you get 10%...

Your +10% is included in the +104 so if his Vader had +105 and I'm assuming the same base speed his is faster in a match with the same characters
