You don't. You need ship omega materials to upgrade to that ability level, and those are not yet available in the game.

The point is: someone in my arena has his ability level 7.

When ships first came out there were some packs available to buy that came with omega ability mats for ships that's the only place they have ever been available and haven't been available since like the first month or 2 ships came out

Ship omegas were sold in a few of the ship packs a while ago. Buying those packs was the only way to get ship omegas.
