Veers Protection

I have him at g10, with all *5 mods his total protection is 25k. Yes he have low base protection.. But i don't worry about that, bcause i hide him behind shore and storm barricade. Also his zeta can recover protection :wink:

Do u have starck? If u have him no worries about speed up buff, first time starck use his special scan all wavelengths he will spread buffs, and ur imp trooper team boost their TM. It's bcause veers lead bonus, imp troop gain 10% TM whenever they gain a buff. Also that sweet flat 20 speed bonus :wink:

for tb you don't need that much protection, mine is g11 and only has 25k. I do have his zeta, relatively easy 4/4 in all phases.

Mines at 31400 protection. Gear 11. Only circle and cross mods are protection and they're 3*mods because speed reasons.

I’m play him at gear XII and he is at 42k protection. I also have him zeta working to add Stark

Haven't Zeta him yet, but it's my next one. I thought about adding Storm trooper, but when Veers does his basic I want the speed up going to Death Trooper.

Adding another trooper decreases those odd IMO.

Base Speed is an issue with Troopers, but with good mods you can make them fast enough to get their mechanic going early. Lots of TM gains ... really fun to play. As for Veers, my G11 zVeers has 30k protection.

What kind of team do you want to play? If you want to avoid using other troopers you go for zThrawn lead + zVeers + DT

He will gain 7k base protection at gXI and another 7k at gXII. If he both had high base protection AND protection recovery it would have been overpowered.

I have him at 24k health (MedPack) and 47k protection with CC/CD mods at 217 speed. If it's for TB, you could just have him with one protection primary because there's more possibility to recover protection. For arena, he's better with more protection because of his AoE triggering counters in CLS squads (where your tanks are usually fractured or have buff immunity).

Ok that makes me feel better. I'm a few pieces away from G11. Hopefully the bump fixes my worries.

I'm planning on using him in arena with Thrawn lead, DT and shore.

I'm playing around with the 5th slot. For the way I play and my shard I don't think DK is worth the resources.
