Because a FTP could not possibly have her in a competitive state yet. Guild and fleet shipments would take a couple months.

I'm farming Rex purely from guild & fleet shipments and have him 75/100. It's very possible for a F2P to have at least a 6* Zam right now.

Yeah as long as you are not farming zeta it should be easy

You need to use palp's third ability any time you have 2+ enemies shocked. It will heal him, give everyone offense up, and give him full turn meter. It's literally offense up on a free turn.

Unless you're up against Wiggs, in which case only do it if Biggs is shocked or it'll kill him or wedge because you give Biggs 100% TM

Yeah but in that case Biggs should be one of the first toons shocked anyway.
