I opt for a fast Nest, because too many teams (DR, CLS, even NS) can keep her frozen with stun, stagger, fear, TMR, etc., even with high tenacity, due to Tenacity Down and unresistables.
Lower speed means taking longer to gain a turn, and taking a turn in many cases is the only way to get out of that jam.
