What are the best 5 characters for an empire squad?

- Considering how abysmally slow empire units are, +33 speed that moff gives is not something I will sacrifice for vader. 33 extra speed means around 30% more TM gain, therefore 30% more damage generally, equalling vaders, but being able to offence down, stun, ability block etc earlier seems invaluable.
The TM reduction is pretty good, but since you can not realistically get vader to 6* let alone 7....Moff all the way.
